Our contact form opens your own email client with a pre-filled message. We only receive what you choose to send.

When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information in standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies, use any third-party analytics services, or track you across other sites. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy and — where required — ask for your consent before doing so.

- Service providers. Our hosting provider, Network Solutions, processes server logs on our behalf. Any tools we adopt in the future to store or handle contact-form submissions will be listed here.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or a valid legal request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. If PactTrace is acquired or merged with another entity, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data retention
We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to their standard retention windows.
5. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so information transmitted between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
