How is my data handled?
All documents you upload are stored in a tenant-isolated database and encrypted at rest. Nothing you upload is used to train any model. The pre-execution Contract Review flow is ephemeral — uploaded contracts and the analysis are purged when the session ends.
Which file formats do you support?
PDF, DOCX, and XLSX today. If you have documents in another format (email, Google Docs, image scans), let us know — we ship OCR and connector work on demand.
What is the taxonomy?
PactTrace ships with 18 baseline compliance categories — Breach Notification, Encryption, Data Retention, Audit Rights, Subprocessor Management, and more. You can toggle any of them on or off, and add custom categories that get applied to both new uploads and (via retroactive rescan) your existing library.
Do you find conflicts across documents?
Yes. When two documents from the same counterparty (or covering the same relationship) require incompatible things — a 24-hour breach window in one, 72 hours in another — PactTrace surfaces it with links to both source clauses.
